Our Company
Campus Side Apartments, LLC has been providing quality off-campus housing in and around the Syracuse University Neighborhood since 2002 and have expanded to Cortland, NY in 2010.
Our mission is to provide quality off-campus housing. We work hard every day to improve the quality of our properties and our management to better serve our residents. In addition, we extend our focus to support the stability and progress of the neighborhoods and the communities we live and invest in. Attentive property management and community outreach has been the pillar of our success.

Paul is a Syracuse native and a SUNY-ESF Alumni, graduating with a degree in Construction Management / Wood Products Engineering and a minor in Business from Syracuse University. He is an active member on the SUNY-ESF Board of Alumni Association and a representative of University Landlords on the University Neighborhood Partnership committee at Syracuse University.
Naomi is a Syracuse University graduate from the School of Architecture with a background in interior design. She is associated with the arts and community outreach in the Syracuse community.
